DETAILS: We have several exciting speakers that will get you prepared for "what to expect in 2014" in the world of relocation. Following the update meeting join old and new friends for networking and cocktails as well as our annual silent auction!  All proceeds from the silent auction this year benefit Orange County Second Harvest Food Bank.

Sara Sutachan-California Association of Realtors

Sara Manages the Industry and Broker Relations Program and the Finance Helpline initiative, as well as makes significant contributions to the Research and Economics Program. Responsible for identifying, building, maintaining, and reaching out to California Brokers in order to gain insights and spot emerging trends in the industry. 

Richard Klein-Cartus Home Loans

Richard Klein has worked in the real estate, relocation and mortgage industries for over 30 years, all while working for the same company.  He has worked for such legacy companies as Homequity, PHH Relocation, PHH Asset Management, Cendant Mobility and PHH Mortgage.
