Julie Pearl, CEO Pearl Law Group

During the last 18 years, Antonella Miscio has held a series of Relocation related positions, culminating in her current role as Sr. Global Mobility Manager at Disney.
 


Born in Milan, Italy, Antonella derives empathy for relocating employees from her personal experience, having relocated to the U.S. at a young age. Disney, an internationally renowned entertainment company, headquartered in Southern California, employs circa 133,000 cast members worldwide.

In addition to current project related relocation's to China, Disney Global Mobility also relocates assignees for several segments such as ABC, ESPN, Lukas Film, Consumer Products, and many other enterprises. Domestically, Disney relocates about 1,600 people within the U.S. yearly. 

Edwards Life Sciences: Heather Sheira, CRP
Heather is responsible for managing the mobility program at Edwards Lifesciences where she has been for over 13 years. She was responsible for building global compensation, benefits and HR systems for Edwards' 31 countries outside of the United States.
As an active member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC), Heather has been a speaker and moderator at national conferences. She has just completed a two-year term serving as a member of the Worldwide ERC's U.S. Advisory Committee, whose purpose is to highlight emerging trends, and identify opportunities for the growth and betterment of the mobility profession.

 

Heather received her Bachelor of Commerce, with a minor in business communications, from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada. She has held her Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation since 2008.

Lexicon Relocation: Christian Ter-Nedden

Christian has 10 years of corporate relocation experience and provides the single point of coordination and counseling for relocating employees moving within the United States and internationally. He handles all aspects of domestic relocation and assignment management services for Lexicon clients and has extensive experience in servicing the needs of corporate clients that require a blended service delivery structure for domestic and international moves. In addition to managing domestic and international assignments, Christian’s experience includes managing Domestic and International Short Term Assignments. He is an award winning counselor and has participated on numerous key strategic initiatives for Lexicon Relocation. Christian is bilingual, speaking English and German, and conversational French.

 

Prior to joining Lexicon, Christian served as a Senior International Counselor and Team Leader for a large relocation company and as a language trainer for business in both German and English while studying in Switzerland and earning his Masters in Linguistics and English & American Literature.  He has served Fortune 500 clients, managed a portfolio of VIP moves, and played a key role in the development of his team members, training all aspects of global mobility.


 Aires Relocation: Dr. Sheri Sinaga
Sheri has extensive background in domestic and international relocation with a depth of knowledge of the relocation industry and continuing trends.
 

Sheri has been a member of the Employee Relocation Council (Worldwide ERC®) International Advisory Committee, a Worldwide ERC® Faculty Member and a member of the Worldwide ERC® International Forum Planning Committee. She has also been reappointed by Worldwide ERC® to serve as Chair of the Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) Recertification Committee for a second one-year term. 


Sheri completed her doctorate program at the prestigious Union Institute, Cincinnati, OH in Intercultural communications in International Business. She has lived, worked and traveled to 45 countries.
