This charity event will showcase the Art Project through Phoenix Children's Hospital. Join us for an evening of fun focused on a very worthy cause. It won't be the same without you....
The Phoenix Children’s Hospital Art Project, which was launched over 25 years ago, helps support the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders at Phoenix Children's Hospital. The project allows the children to get involved in arts and crafts projects that help them cope with their illness. As the largest major annual fundraiser for the Center, the Art Project raises urgently-needed funds by converting the original artwork of the young cancer patients into holiday cards which are then made available to the public.
The Melonhead Foundation is a pediatric cancer charity, but instead of raising money to help the children, it helps the families of those children that have cancer. When a family has a child that is sick all their focus and money goes to just that. This foundation helps to pay their house payments, auto payments, electric, phone & gas bills, food, clothing, and holistic care not covered by insurance.
