Quest is a boutique destination services company with over 30 years experience of helping their clients to quickly relocate employees in the greater Los Angeles area. They are actively assisting individuals and families displaced by wildfires in Southern California by offering the following services:
Phone Consultation with experienced program manager to cover:
- Rental housing market, types of housing products available, and costs of short-term (30 - 90 days) or long-term (1 - 3 years) housing
- Resource list for displaced individuals/families
- Expert real estate assistance with comps for insurance companies and MLS properties to view
- Overview of communities that fit lifestyle and budget criteria
Concierge Rental Support with Relocation Consultant and/or Preferred Realtor, including:
- Researching available rentals that match individual/family’s search criteria and budget
- Scheduling appointments to view properties
- Escorted or virtual tour of custom property list with a Quest Relocation Specialist and/or Network Realtor
- Assistance with securing lease, move-in inspection, etc.
Quest relies on multiple trusted sources and longstanding relationships with local landlords and apartment buildings to research and identify the best properties available. In some instances, usually for higher end properties or single family homes, Quest will connect the relocating parties with a Quest-preferred Realtor, a highly experienced local expert and top agent in the area. In these instances, the Quest rental tour fee will be waived, but normal realtor commissions may apply (typically 3% of the first year's rent often paid in full or in part by the landlord).
Additionally, Quest Realtors are top buyer’s agents, and are well equipped to provide support for home purchase should a family determine purchasing a home is the best path forward for them.
Additional Concierge Services
Includes custom additional services such as assisting with alternate school options, arranging furniture rental, coordinating with movers, finding a handyman, assistance with obtaining new documents such as a driver’s license or social security card, and much more.
